Build on an existing foundation
Located at the innermost end of the Osafjord, surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, glaciers and pristine nature, Osa offers access to exceptionally high-quality water resources and an established industrial platform. The opportunity may include access to existing land, factory facilities, wells, pumping infrastructure and technical installations, significantly reducing the time and investment required compared with developing a greenfield project.
The water resource has previously supported commercial bottled water production and is known for its exceptionally low mineral content. Historical analyses and documentation are available to qualified investors through the due diligence process.

- Existing industrial assets and infrastructure with expansion potential.
- Opportunities across premium bottled water, hospitality, retail, exports, private-label production and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Strong municipal support and a local community welcoming new business activity and employment.
Local value creation at the core
As Ulvik municipality states in the prospectus, this is about more than bottled water production. It is an opportunity to create new economic activity, permanent jobs and sustainable growth in a rural community while building a business around one of Norway's most valuable natural resources.
The municipality is looking beyond financial offers. Prospective operators will be assessed on their ability to create jobs, strengthen local supply chains, demonstrate long-term commitment and develop a credible sustainability strategy covering resource management, packaging, logistics and environmental performance.
For investors with ambitions to build a premium, purpose-driven beverage brand, Osa offers the possibility to combine commercial success with meaningful regional impact.
